These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through canuckkratom.com, operated under the Canuck Kratom brand.

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting payment, or purchasing any product from Canuck Kratom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase products from Canuck Kratom.

1. Product Purpose and Non-Consumption Policy

All products sold through Canuck Kratom are offered as botanical products, plant materials, specimens, or research-related materials, as applicable to the individual product.

Products identified as “Not for Human Consumption” are not sold as food, medicine, supplements, natural health products, or products intended for human consumption.

Canuck Kratom does not provide dosage instructions, serving recommendations, preparation instructions, consumption guidance, or recommendations for using products internally or externally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products for lawful purposes consistent with the product labeling and these Terms.

2. Regulatory and Legal Responsibility

Products offered through Canuck Kratom may be subject to federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, or other applicable laws and regulations.

Canuck Kratom does not represent that every product is authorized, approved, licensed, or evaluated by Health Canada or another regulatory authority for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, or treatment purposes.

You are responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, transportation, or other lawful use of a product is permitted in your location.

Canuck Kratom does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, medical advice, or healthcare advice.

3. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to access this website, create an account, place an order, or purchase products from Canuck Kratom.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  7. You will keep products away from individuals who are not legally permitted to possess them.
  8. You will provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
  9. You accept responsibility for activities involving products after delivery that are outside the intended purpose or product labeling.

7. Customer Accounts

Customers should maintain accurate account information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Canuck Kratom may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, payment requirements, or our store policies.

Reasons may include:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Multiple accounts created to circumvent restrictions
  • False customer information
  • Payment abuse
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Attempted purchases that violate our product policies

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with an order or payment, please contact Canuck Kratom customer support before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate payment and order concerns.

Where permitted by law, Canuck Kratom may provide relevant transaction, shipping, tracking, delivery, account, and communication records to payment processors or other appropriate parties when responding to payment disputes, fraud claims, or chargebacks.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or protections provided to customers under applicable law.

11. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Postal code
  • Business name, where applicable
  • Delivery instructions

Canuck Kratom is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable information supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping, return, redirection, or reshipment costs resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be the customer's responsibility.

12. Delivered, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once a carrier confirms that a package has been delivered, Canuck Kratom may consider the shipment fulfilled.

Customers should first check with household members, neighbours, building management, mailrooms, parcel areas, or the carrier if a package cannot be located.

Canuck Kratom may assist with a carrier investigation or claim where available, but a delivery scan does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

13. Shipping Times and Delays

Canuck Kratom makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Labour disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses

  • Fraud screening
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Events outside Canuck Kratom's reasonable control

A shipping delay does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, replacement, or cancellation unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Canuck Kratom.
